Today I am in El Centro, CA.  And I really miss you, and things have been amazing. 

 I was just having a beer, and thinking about how much our love story is just like "Shrek 2," and I've been looking forward to telling you about it.  

 And we just got into an argument over the phone, and your last words were, "I fucking hate you," and you hung up.  

 I have no words for you right now.

We had another issue today, you tantrummed and you said you weren't going to the beach. I had a lot of dreams, in one we were separated, in another we apologized and made up. We just had a conversation and quick make up thrusts. But now, I've had a few moments to think... And I realize, I love it when you are totally frustrated with Eva, but instead of getting upset, you reach deep down and love her with profound sweetness. New Year Confession

  Hi love, Hasn’t it been a crazy year?   The world almost died twice this year, first because of the Pandemic, and then again because we almost divorced.   I can still clearly see you leaving the courtroom.   Our schedules are so way off right now, and yet, I’m happy to be living in the same walls as you.   I love our home, I love our kids, I love our dogs (even though they truly fucking reek right now, epically), I love you and everything about you.   And so I am grateful, and despite any minor things that come up, I am truly happy just to be with you, spend time with you, to have and to hold, until the hunger games do us part.   But they won’t because we’ll have to eat the berries but we won’t because we will be chosen and stuff and save the world by revolt.
